Distribution of St. Gabriel Cyber School Resources
The school library manages the distribution of learning resources. Individual arrangements are made for students living outside of the province or accessing St. Gabriel courses from within a local school. Complete details are available in the School Handbook.
Junior High School Students
Text resources are shipped to the local Greyhound depot closest to the Mailing Address specified in the Registration form.
Junior high students must return their learning resources to their designated final exam writing center in June.
Students not returning their learning resources to the local exam writing center must ship their learning resources to the school library by June 30th. Books not returned on time will be invoiced to the credit card number left as security. Cash deposits are not refunded until all the student resources are returned.
High School Students
All High School learning resources are shipped to students during the third week of each semester at no cost (via local Greyhound depot) for student pick up.
Students who make a timetable change after the second week of the semester are responsible for any shipping charges.
All high school learning resources must be returned to the student’s designated final exam writing center in January and June. Proctored students send their books directly to the school library. It is especially critical in January, since the books are re-distributed to second semester classes, helping the school reduce its costs for learning resources. Note any textbooks returned late may be invoiced to the credit card number left as security.
Student returning their textbooks on time are eligible for a full Book Deposit refund.
